Following nearly 2 years of planning and construction,
the Children's Museum of New Hampshire will open
its doors on Wednesday, July 23 at 10 am. An
official ribbon-cutting ceremony with local and
state dignitaries is planned for Saturday, July
26th.
The new museum will delight children
and adults alike, with amazing new exhibits and
opportunities for learning about flight, nature, music,
engineering, dinosaurs, world cultures and much
more. Each exhibit has been conceived by the
musuem's professional staff and brought to life by
talented local artists and craftspeople in a colorful,
light-filled space. This museum is truly unique to New
Hampshire and is already attracting attention across
the country.
The museum will be open the
following hours for the rest of the summer:
Monday - Saturday: 10 am - 5 pm
Sunday: 12 - 5 pm
