Where were those flight attendants on my 5 hour flight back from San Francisco?! There was a 2 or 3 yo sitting behind me that drove.us.nuts.
In all seriousness, I'd like to give Southwest the benefit of the doubt that there was more than the article is reporting but if I was that mom, I would be uber pissed.
