Hi ladies,
I am the MOH in a wedding for July 2010. Anyone have any ideas or locales for a Bridal Shower site that isn't going to break my budget? They live in Middletown (But moving to Meriden) his family is primarily in New Haven and hers Enfield/Hartford area. I am from Griswold so I have no ideas for places up that way and I want to keep it fairly inexpensive. Any ideas would be appreciated!!
Re: Ideas for Bridal Shower
It sounds like Cromwell/Rocky Hill would be a good area - in the middle.
The Century Hills complex has a gold course in the middle -- with a great restaurant and banquet facility - I believe it is called Mario's. I have not been there in several years, but it used to be GREAT!
Another place I've heard good things about is Eli Cannon's in Middletown - never been there, but it couldn't hurt to look into it!
What about the Inn in Middletown (I'm pretty sure that's the name). I've never been there, but my boss raves about their food!
The Aqua Turf in Southington/Plantsville is also really nice.. I've been there a million times.
Eli Cannon's is more of a bar I think.. Not so sure it would be a good place for a gathering (unless you went during the day and it was closed or something..)
