Vent
Okay I just needed someone to vent to. 
I hate when service people are late to my house. I don't mean 5-10 minutes I mean 2 hours. An a/c company was supposed to come out to my house at 9:30 this morning and they're still not here! I called when they were an hour late and they said "oh yeah we'll be there we'll leave here in about 15 minutes and that was an hour ago. If they're not here soon I'm going to scream! I probably meat service people more often than the average person because I have to meet people at my listings and at the homes my buyers are purchasing but it seems like they are ALWAYS late. Sorry--vent over!
