Small (pocket size) camera recs?

I'm looking to get a new small camera for throwing in my purse/diaper bag, and I'd love recommendations. I've done some internet searching, but it's hard to weed through all of the sites and the camera models.

My must have items:

Small size; At least 10mp; Fast speed for taking pics (dont want a long delay between pushing the button and the pic snapping, I have 2 little ones who dont sit still for very long)

I'd like to stay under $150ish. I had a Sony Cybershot, and I hate that it doesnt use regular batteries or SD cards, so I'm not looking to get another Sony.

I'd recommend the Canon PowerShot SD780 IS. We got one for my husband a few months ago and it was great. It fit perfectly in the holder for his BlackBerry. He likes to hold down the button and take multiple shots and was the main reason we got him the camera. It's a bit out of your price range though. I just saw it on gottadeal for $200. I think we caught it on sale around $220ish previously.

 This is the camera I just bought on Amazon!  I know it retails for $250, but Amazon has it on sale right now for $199- no sales tax, free shipping.  I also got an 8GB SDHC memory card for $19.99 from Beach Camera through Amazon.  It might be worth upping your budget a bit?  It also can record HD video!

I'm a Canon PowerShot fan too, we have the SD960 IS.

Thanks ladies! I read reviews, and I found a good deal in one of our local camera stores on that camera. Going to get it tonight, so excited!
