How Can I download a video from you tube

Can someone tell me how this can be done.  A friend made a video they said I can use for a presentation we are working on but I cannot download it so I can put it on my laptop and harddrive.

 Pls advise.

You can't download it.

Go to download.com and search for a youtube downloader. The one I use is Vdownloader. Once you download it, you can search and save youtube videos right from the prgoram. Hope it helps.

You actually CAN download it.  Here's how.

Take any youtube link.  Here's an example:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YwEMxYggoKQ

Now, click the address bar and add "pwn" (without quotes) after "www." and before "youtube.com".  You should end up with something like this:

http://www.pwnyoutube.com/watch?v=YwEMxYggoKQ

How hit enter, and you'll be taken to a page where you can download the video!
