NJ nestie with a question re: childrens museums
We will be visiting chicago over New years with our 2.5 year old. What is the best of the childrens museums? I was looking at the Chicago childrens museum on navy pier and the Dupage Childrens museum in Naperville. We are staying with family in Plano.
Thanks for your help!

Re: NJ nestie with a question re: childrens museums
Glenview might be a bit of a hike for you, but Kohl's Children's Museum is a great one.
But, if you can take the Metra from Plano (I'm not sure about the lines out that way) to the city, it's very easy to get to Navy Pier from Union Station or Ogilvie (the two major metra stations). The children's museum there is very nice and there is also ice skating, the ferris wheel and other fun things for kids to do. If your LO is into trains, prepare to be badgered- there's a nice Thomas the Tank Engine store there
