What's your favorite dish to bring or eat at a pot luck?

corn casserole (corn, creamed corn, eggs, sour cream, jiffy cornbread mix)

Corn casserole (mine has corn, creamed corn, shell pasta, and cheese)

Bacon wrapped-little smokies (take 1/2 piece of bacon, wrap, secure with toothpick, cover with brown sugar, keep on low for 6 hours)

I've also done a jello salad with custard topping, mini brie in pastry (made in mini cupcake tins), and brownies with a white chocolate cream cheese filling that are amazing.

I usually bring bbq meatballs, and they always go over very well.  Frozen meatballs and some bbq sauce in a crockpot is all it is.

Home made mac&cheese. Its always a big hit. I never eat the casseroles because I'm a picky eater and can't ever tell what's in them.

I'm gonna ditto on the meatballs - they are always a big hit. Frozen meatballs, bbq sauce and you are good to go!

I also make a delicious homemade lasagna - its a LOT more time consuming but it always goes over very well - i reserve it for smaller potlucks where i know everyone

I'm leaning towards the corn casserole, or a broccoli/cheese/rice casserole for this year.  So many people bring desserts, and traditional sides its always a challenge to decide what to bring.

Depends.  People at work like me to bring sausage balls.  Other times I may bring homemade sourdough bread.
