As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

AW: Got a raise :)
I had my annual review at work yesterday and it went really well and I got a great raise! I was so excited by it. I started a year and a half ago so last year's review was short- so this year's was a full year and had more detail to it. It made me feel good.
I've been very overwhelmed lately with my job and my schoolwork- and it's made me question my career a little bit. Like I felt so overwhelmed that it was like, is this what I'm supposed to be doing? Well the review just helped me calm down and made me see that my coworkers and bosses believe in me and my work. Reassurance is nice. A raise is even nicer 
We want to buy a house soon and this will only help things!! I don't AW much but wanted to share my excitement.
