As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I don't have access to it from work, but I believe it is www.ctnewlyweds.activeboard.com. You go there, sign up, and wait to be approved by the moderator (Melany). This is the last message from Melany regarding getting approved:

I would love to join your board too. Just so you know who I am, I am moving from Cleveland to Hartford hopefully next month. My husband starts his new job in Hartford next Monday. I will follow with my newborn as soon as we have a place to live!
We are currently househunt and leaning heavily toward West Hartford. I am a SAHM, so I am going to be looking to make new friends and social outlets. I am on a private board of Cleveland girls who originated on the Knot and it is a great social resource, so i'd like to have the same for when i'm in CT.
