Can you recommend a land surveyor?
We want to contest our need for flood insurance but we have to have a land surveyor come out and do an elevation certificate.

FEMA rezoned us. During Katrina and Gustav we never had water even half way up our yard. Not to mention we have at least a foot of foundation. I'm pretty dang sure our house would not flood.
