Need inspiration - WFD tonight?
Any good ideas? So far I'm between hot dogs with homemade chili and fried shrimp.
Also, I am thinking of making some sort of cheesy potato casserole.
Blah, I just don't know, give me ideas!

Re: Need inspiration - WFD tonight?
My husband makes his version of coconut shrimp and it is so good. I think he lets them soak in some coconut milk for a while and then grills them. It's to die for.
We are supposed to have crawfish etouffee. But I'm going to my brother's football game and hoping that my mom wants to take me to Chili's afterwards. Because I could kill some boneless shanghai wings right now. Mr. Shoe is on his own. He will probably eat leftovers.
We're probably having chicken marsala tomorrow night. It's very yummy and very easy. I highly recommend this. Recipe is in my blog.

I do have a ton of crawfish tails in the freezer at FIL's office. I need to remind DH that he needs to move the freezer over here to our shop!

Dh has game night tonight and Brett has requested that i make hot dogs and potato dip! Christen, i think of you every time i make it!
