I must have missed something earlier....
What is everyone up to today?
I'm trying to figure out what to get my hubby for our anniversary...(tomorrow!) Nothing like waiting until the last minute, huh? Any great ideas ladies, because I am not coming up with much here.
We can't really go out, so I'm going to cook dinner for us, any good recipe suggestions?
Re: Alrighty then....
You can drop your kids off at my house and go to dinner!!!
I'm sure your husband will be completely comfortable entrusting his children to an internet stranger.
5 years
That's why you should get to know me better.
Apparently Wood is the 5th anniversary gift. But I can't think of anything good to go along with that. So what does your husband like? Golf, wine, sports, cook, stock market?
Tell me about what you guys like to eat. I'll help you put together a nice meal.
yes-i should!
Well he likes outdoorsy stuff-hiking, camping, technology and electronics, baseball, wine, bourbon, history.....
hmm...what else.....
I am usually up for trying anything. DH is a little more picky. He won't eat any seafood. He likes spicy - me not super spicy.
Some of his favorites are cajun chicken pasta, steaks, fajitas, chicken anything, lamb or pork.....pastas, salads.....
I'll try anything!
I keep hearing that place (Bass Pro) has so much to see, like it is a tourist attraction! I always thought it was just a regular old store!
well it is sorta like a tourist attraction.. there is a great deal to see!! and of course you can shop they also have a restaurant if you choose to eat.. but if your on a budget you may want to look at the menu first to see if you really want to sit down..
::taps chin thoughtfully::
I like the idea of steak or lamb. Maybe a soup as an appetizer. Some type of pasta dish as a side. Orzo? We can work some veggies in their too. Do you guys like chocolate? I have a recipe for these amazing lava cakes. They are soooo good and super easy.
this is all sounding good. Like chocolate, ummm, YES!
True. He also likes Woodford Reserve too.....Could this pass for "wood"
