Hey all!
I know it's hard to think about (and I swear I respect the Turkey Jess ) but I thought it might be fun to have a holiday G2G (in celebration of any end of year holiday that everyone may celebrate). I know that November/December schedules fill up quickly with holiday activities, so wanted to put out some feelers on having a G2G (that and I'm just OCD)
So- what do you think? We could meet for dinner at a local restaurant, or even have a pot-luck? I'm fine volunteering my home- but I know it's not neccessarily centrally located for all
What do you think?
Re: Nestie Holiday G2G?
Sounds like fun Jennifer!!! I am pretty central and MAY be able to host if it's more convenient for everyone. It really depends on how my work is going and if I'm in editing hell! lol...?
FWIW, I'd prefer to have it at a home so I can bring the kiddos (well, maybe just Andrew. Noah's tough to chase around these days)
A G2G sounds great.
I don't know if my house would be big enough either..and plus I'm kind of far out as well.
ooo ooo ooo. sounds like fun and i'm totally down. oh and white elephant is great. I am gone dec 13-20. so lets do it before. Friday's are possibly the best because most company parties are on saturdays. so you'll get a better turn out. just FYI. i would volunteer to host but i'm a east sider and my house is no fun this holiday season as we are not decorating because of a cruise we'll be gone on during the aformentioned dates.
potluck would be perfect
