I've been away from the 30DS for too long
It's been about two months since I finished Level 2 and I just tried Level 3--kicked my
@ss. I couldn't get through all the reps and am feeling very out of shape. But I need to get back into a workout routine after seeing my weight on the doctor's scale yesterday!
I'd rather be rock climbing or playing volleyball

You can do it!
I, too, am afraid of the way my weight has been going and want to reverse the trend, or at least stall out, before the holiday season does any more damage. Maybe we should do a workout or healthy living type of check-in every week or a few times a week? I need some outside motivation.
I tried that for a while with the 30DS weekly check-ins but it didn't last very long as people stopped doing it
I'm up for outside motivation though; those check-ins helped keep me honest and I stopped doing the Shred shortly after I stopped doing the posts!
