I don't know how good this advice is, but I'll give it to you anyway. I've heard docs recommending using a sinus- rinse in case you've breathed in any germs. Now that I type it out it seems almost silly. It might be worth a shot, though! GL! :::healthy vibes:::
Re: SSG
not silly at all!! one of the biggest tips to avoid getting sick is to flush your nose and throat with warm salt water twice daily. Also, drinking warm fluid throughout the day helps flush germs into your stomach where they can't survive. Some people swear by the neti pot. I cant quite get over the yuck factor, so instead I just dunk a q tip in warm salt water and swab my nostrils with that.

Thanks
We actually have a special bottle for doing a nasal rinse (its like a nettie pot for dummys) I will do it tonight and have S do it too. I will ask the pedi about Ella when we go for her 4 month check up next week. Thanks
