Camping GTG at Yogi Bear Park in Caledonia Aug 15-17
A few of us moms were talking about how fun it would be to take the kids camping. Someone finally picked a date and a place, so I'm posting it here. We reserved four sites together (2 used, 2 are open). They are $119/weekend, so we were hoping maybe 2 moms/2kids would share a site to split the cost. The park rules state you have to stay Fri to stay Sat, but if we had mommies that could only come for one day we could make it work. So far we have three mommies and kids camping for the weekend (Me-Phoebe (1), Nicole-Zoe (2), Brittany-Tynin (8 mo)). A few moms are planning on coming during the day and swimming at the waterpark. We would probably figure out who is all coming and plan a schedule with meals and activities (mostly the waterpark and activities there and also a trip to the Milwaukee County Zoo). It started with a mommies and me thing, but some DH's have wanted to come. The GTG is open to dads too! Hope to see you there!
