Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I've been having stomach cramps all morning :(
At first thing this morning I thought I was having hunger pains, so I had breakfast and they never went away...I almost feel like I would feel better if I'd just throw up and the thought of eating anything is nauseating

I woke up with stomach cramps today too. They went away though, but I've been feeling like that off and on the past couple days. I think it's something I ate.
