Ethnic Hair Salons Pendleton/Oceanside/ San Diego???
Hey all - DC nestie in need of assistance. My sister and mom are in need of a hair salon that is familiar with ethnic hair. Would prefer something close to Pendleton but they are willing to travel to San Diego if needed. TIA!
