Rude
So, I know that no one comes on here much, but I had to vent this.
I just asked a client if I could put him on hold while I research his account issue and he said, "make it quick."
So, of course, I made him hold for long time.

Haha, praying for people's death. I work medical, (non life threatening really) and wish for the same thing for them or the person with them. Today a lady cornered me and kept harassing me, wanted to trade pens with me...then asked me if I could get her meds for her allergies. And to hear the docs say things during procedures..it's good. But at least with phones you don't have to hide any faces!
