I took a quick look at your registry, and I got a few ideas 
I noticed you are registered for a lot of clothes. You will get tons! of clothes from people. Everyone who gets you a gift will also get you an outifit. And most of the time they aren't the ones you register for. You probably don't need so many items, but there isn't a lot of harm in having them either. I ultimately took all the clothing off my registry (except for some basic onsies). Oh- in the beginning we really liked the little gowns better than sleeprs for easy middle of the night diaper changes.
I LOVED the My Breast Friend pillow for breast feeding, but you can probably get one cheap on psp. Beatrix is really starting to like her bumbo seat a lot. Did you have bibs? I don't remember, but it is nice to have a lot. When are you due? do you need a bundle me or other warm thing for your stroller? You might want a few (more) swaddle me's, halo sleepsack swaddles, or the miracle blanket. We found them easier then using regular swaddle blankets. Oh and make sure to have a bunch of wash clothes.

Thanks so much for check it out! I'll definitely check out the My Breast Friend pillow and look out for it on psp. And I'll look more into the bumbo seat. I put a few bibs on the wist list from etsy - I figure thats another thing I can easily add or wait to see what I get. Plus, I want to wait and find out the gender then we can get ones that aren't just white or neutral!
And youre totally right about the clothing - I went through the other day and took some off and took more off today. I kept all the ones on the wist list just because they are cute special ones I really do want from etsy sellers. we'll see if anyone buys them!
I'm due end of March. I put a bundle me on the baby earth registry. I already have a bunch of washclothes that someone gave me (already!) haha and I'm sure more will show up in the next couple months.
Thanks so so so much for all of your tips and help. I also just joined Park Slope Parents. I told Ricky I can't wait to find out the gender because I see so much stuff posted there for free or really cheap!
