How many friends do you have at work that you spend time with outside of the office? 2-3. I have one friend that I'd love to hang out with more if her husband would "babysit" the kids once in a while. The others come out for things like parties and such.
Do you take a lunch hour every day? I believe this is super important to do. It keeps me sane. Although I hate going to lunch with people who just talk about work at lunch.
Do you leave before quitting time, at quitting time, or later? At quitting time or maybe a little after. Not much though.
Do you do your hair and wear make-up to work? Make up-yes. Hair not so much. I wash & go. It usually looks okay that way.
Do you use all your vacation and sick time each year or do you have a bank of unspent leave? I rarely carry any over year to year. I earn it and use it all the time.

Would you say you dress above average, average or below average compared to other female coworkers? In terms of professional dress, I would say above average.
How many friends do you have at work that you spend time with outside of the office? Two. Most of my good friends who I was close with outside of work no longer work here
Do you take a lunch hour every day? I used to take a lunch break every day and it was the highlight of my day. But when my above mentioned co-workers left, I stopped. Now I usually work through lunch. I hate it....that's one habit I want to change!
Do you leave before quitting time, at quitting time, or later? In the summer I usually leave a little early (especially if I don't take a lunch break). During the school year, I leave at quitting time or later depending on the day.
Do you do your hair and wear make-up to work? I blow dry my hair, but no real styling. I wear light make up.

We can roll over a years worth of PTO and I roll that much over each year (long story - I didn't use any PTO my first year here thanks to comp time from the endless hurricane season). Since then, I use what I'm given each year. I figure I'll either the PTO I roll over to extend my maternity leave or cash it out when I leave - whichever comes first!

Would you say you dress above average, average or below average compared to other female coworkers? I dress way above average. Other women we share office space with all dress very casual every day. My firm does not allow that.

Do you take a lunch hour every day? Ha! I only get a half hour, and that is when I am not slammed with lunchtime fiascos that always seem to come up with cases.

When was your last sick day? Again, guilt trip time from boss if I attempt this. But I had bronchitis in 2006 and I think that was last actual sick day. Otherwise its "tough it out we have things to get out on cases" This stuff happens in very small offices. Our main office never has these issues because of more staff.

1 that I talk to. We don't really hang out that much unless it right after work.

I'm a teacher. We get twenty four minutes and that includes dropping off and picking up my students.

I refuse to leave the house without my hair done, but I don't wear makeup unless it's picture day.

I've used it all but not always on purpose because I can keep it until I retire and then cash it all in. I used all of mine last year for my wedding and honeymoon. Whatever days I have left will be gone when the baby gets here for my leave.

Don't remember the date but it was when I had my first ultrasound because it was scheduled in the middle of the school day but not far enough from the half day mark for me to still go to work.

I think in the whole program there are less then 10 female engineers, I definitely dress above average. Most everyone else wears jeans and polos to work. I used to always get asked if I had an interview.

When was your last sick day? The last day of school I came down with that nasty stomach thing. I went in to work and only lasted 10 minutes before I decided I had to go home.

How many friends do you have at work that you spend time with outside of the office? My family is close w/ the owner, my boss, and we have been socializing w/ their family since I was 8. I don't see the rest of our employees on a regular basis b/c they don't have to come to the office, therefore hard to "make friends" w/ them.
Do you take a lunch hour every day? Nope. I work thru lunch and use the time that would have been lunch hour to leave early on Fridays. Love that. Also, being a healthcare-related company there always has to be someone around to answer the phones here so it's hard for anyone to leave for lunch.

Do you do your hair and wear make-up to work? No reason, see clothes entry. My hair is usually up in a flip pony tail and for make-up it's just powder and curling my eye lashes.

We also have PTO dollars to bank, but I don't usually carry too much over b/c I use it for spending money on trips or for holidays instead of dipping into savings.

Early, on-time or late? On time for the most part, only late if I run to the bank or something for work on my way in. Much easier to do some of those errands in the a.m. before it gets crowded.

I think I dress average compared to them. We have a pretty casual work environment and we all dress pretty nice to work. There is only 4 girls in my office though, so it's not like I have a wide range to worry about!

Considering my hubby, my best friend, and my best guy friend all work in the same office, I would say A LOT

I try to. If it's not super busy then yes - and I go to the mall. If I am extremely busy, then no. I just can't get away.

Depends on how busy I am. Right now, I leave before quitting time at around 4:45. On Fridays until September, we all close at 1:00 PM which rocks!

I wear make up every single day to work. My hair, it usually a toss up on weather or not I feel like blow drying it or not.

We have to use our 20 vacation days. We can only carry over 5 of them so I try to use at least 15. If I have to be out of town on a weekend, I get those days back as vacation days too. I really try to use as much as I can.

Would you say you dress above average, average or below average compared to other female coworkers? I guess average. There isn't really a dress code here, some people wear shorts, some wear business casual. I tend to stay on the more casual side of business casual.

Do you take a lunch hour every day? I usually eat at my desk, unless I have errands to run or I'm meeting people for lunch. But I don't usually work, I read my blogs or Nest.

When was your last sick day? Ummmm, probably sometime in March. I was still at my old job and hating life/going on interviews, so I called in sick for some of those. Plus I had regular migraines thanks to the stress.
