***Katy, Izzy and Julia***
Yep we closed last week and moved last weekend to the new house. As soon as I take pics I will post them in my profile so you can see. It is so weird having as much room as we do now, it is twice as big as our old house. We actually bought dining room furniture this weekend at Star because they were having an amazing sale. I can't wait for it to get here. Only 3 more rooms to find furniture for now. Hope you guys are doing well.
Julie

I can't imagine having that much extra space! Our new apartment is about 400 sq feet more than we had back in San Antonio, and we had trouble adjusting to that at first too!
We're doing great, but as soon as it cools off out here, I hope to have some visitors from SA!!
(I do admit, I had to giggle at all the "its so hot" posts about the A/C. Our last bill was about $140...and its been about 116 degrees out here in the desert!)
HI ERIN!!!!!!!!!
Erin,
OMG I haven't chatted with you in forever. Jon and I are great. How are you guys doing? I remember that you moved to Austin, every time there is SXSW I think of you guys.
Izzy,
I know our house is huge compare to our other one and Faust has a huge back yard so he is a happy dog. How are you guys doing? Maybe you should take a trip to Texas.
I bet Faust is happy! He probably doesn't know what to do with all that space!
We want to come back SOON! Matt starts film school this fall, so he's excited to be registering for classes. Silly boy thought "i could take 12 hours this semester AND work full time!" Then he talked to a coworker who is in nursing school...changed his tune a bit As soon as we have some free time (and some free money!) we'll come back home to visit. Matt keeps saying "but we could stay with my cousins for free..."
um. no.
all I know is that it'll be really strange to be back in town but not go back to the old apartment..and the mexican food out here SUCKS!
I'm so excited for you and Jon! When we moved we had to go back into an apartment and it sucks after being in the house in San Antonio. We have decided to build up here so we are waiting to start that process.
Have fun furniture shopping!
can't wait to see what the house looks like! i know how you feel about filling up rooms - we went from a 900 square foot condo to a 2300 square foot house! we still have one room that is empty and its been a year and a half.
izzy - im still sad i didn't get to see you last week. i wish id never even thought of the idea! haha. maybe it will be the motivation i need to get out to AZ soon.
Seriously old school reunion... Just dropping in to say HI!!!!!!!!!!!!
OH WOW! Look at everyone back here. Hi girlies! I stopped in a while back right after Kat was dropped off to her father in VA for a year. Now I've been busy sewing away on some sundresses to replace everything that is way too big now.
Liz I am so excited...you have another new little gorgeous child coming into the world!
Katy and Julie so jealous of the move to new houses. After all of our custody stuff we now won't be able to get out of our house for at least 3 to 5 years if we are lucky!
Everyone keep in touch! It is so nice to see the old group together!
