We had a great day together yesterday. My mom came around noon to get Kaelyn and she was going to be staying overnight at my parents house. After I last fed her before she left I broke down crying, becuase I didn't want to leave my baby. But, I knew she was in great hands and that my parents would have so much fun with her overnight. I have to say it was such a weird feeling to be away from her after being with her all day and night. Anyways Matt and I went out to Mel?s in Litchfield to play mini golf and he did the batting cages (while I pumped in the car?.the joys of motherhood). Then we came home and got ready for dinner. We had gotten a gift certificate for the BVI as a wedding gift and had never used it so Matt had made reservations for dinner there, neither of us had ever been there. Oh my goodness the food at the BVI was out of this world. I love eating at fancy places like that. It reminded us so much of our honeymoon up at the Mount Washington. We ate so much, everything was delicious. Dessert was the best!!!! They had the table all decorated with confetti and ribbons. They even had complimentary chocolate covered strawberries at our table for us when we got there. After dinner we came home and had our wedding cake, and let me tell you that was delicious. It was so moist and yummy, we couldn?t believe it. Everyone had told us that it would probably be gross...but much to our suprise it wasn't. Then we spent the rest of the night watching our entire wedding video (I couldn?t believe how long it was to watch). It is hard to beleive it has already been one year. So much has changed in the past year....all for the better. All and all it was a great day together. Now off to get my baby we both miss her so much!!!!!
