Any camcorder suggestions??
I would like to spend $250 or so on a compact camcorder. We will mainly use it to record and share video our new baby with our OOT family.
What specs should be considered the most important?

How technology saavy are you?
The reason I ask is because the best camera that I've seen for those that are either short on time, money, or technology skills is a Flip cam. The largest downside can be the quality of the video, but they have at least one model that does HD video. Super easy to use and share, which, in my mind, would be perfect for someone with a youngster. Also great to send along with the baby since the Grandparents should be able to use it without a problem. Oh, and no additional software needed.
I use them in my classroom and the kids enjoy them.The quality has been fine for our uses thus far.
I like the size and ease of use of the Flip cam. We are concerned about quality so I guess we will see. I will revisit them as an option. Thanks for helping.
We use the regular cheapies in my school and I've never had complaints about the quality. I would imagine that the HD models would be pretty awesome.
