Charleston Nesties, Wedding Recs, Please!
Hello Nestie!
I'm trying to help my sister out (I've got "research" duty as matron-of-honor). We're in northern VA but she's getting married in Charleston on August 8th (REALLY last minute!). They're doing the intimate beachhouse(s) thing, but they don't really know about other vendors.
Can anyone please give me recs on florists, celebrants, caterers, bakeries, etc.? They're young and starting off, and so don't have much money, so cost will be an issue. You can reply here or email me: jaxxpeeps at yahoo dot com.

As for the florist, we went with Charleston Flower Market, on James Island (I worked with a woman named Catherine and she made everything look PERRRFECT!). She made herself available to me whenever I needed/wanted to stop by, was able to answer any and all questions that I had, delivered and set up all of the flowers. Overall awesome job! By "celebrants", do you mean the person to actually perform the service? I can send you the number for the nice, non-denominational guy that we used, if your sis would be interested. I hope this has been helpful! Looks like you originally posted this over a week ago, sorry! Hope the planning is going well for her! (By the way, part of NoVA do you live in? Before Charleston, we were living in Springfield/Fairfax.)
