Do you play any sports now? I do some shorter distance triathlons. Hoping to eventually do an ironman.
Favorite sports memorabilia you own? I don't really do memorabilia.
What is the most memorable sporting event you have attended I don't really remember it because I was a little kid at the time, but it has to be the game where Pete Rose broke Ty Cobb's hit record. I can't say that I have been present at a more historic sporting moment than that.

2 random facts about you I am the only kid in my family who did not a NCAA athlete at a SEC school and I kind of feel like a failure because of it.
Did you play any sports growing up? Which ones? I played basketball until I got to 7th grade...had to sit out because I transferred schools, then never got back into it...and played volleyball from 8th grade until I graduated. Played intramural volleyball in college.
Do you play any sports now? No...I really miss volleyball though.
Favorite sports memorabilia you own? I collect basketball cards. I have a bunch of random ones.
What is the most memorable sporting event you have attended? Oklahoma State Homecoming 2007, when we beat KState at the last minute. It was my senior year, we hadn't won a Homecoming game before then, and it got super intense. No one left, the game was awesome, and it was a fabulous win. I'll never forget it.
Athlete you admire? Oh gosh...I'd say Lisa Leslie. She helped break the barrier into women's basketball, and she's just incredible.
2 random facts about you: 1. NBA is my favorite sport ever...I know they don't play defense, and they're a bunch of crybabies, but it's my first sports love. 2. I tore my MCL during my junior year of high school and wasn't able to play club ball. I still regret not pursuing volleyball more than I did.
Did you play any sports growing up? Which ones? Soccer, Swimming, Volleyball, tried basketball but didn't really like it, I wanted to play softball but my mom said the parents were too mean, she finally gave in and I got to play for 3 years
Do you play any sports now? I play coed soccer, I just couldn't give it up, play some sand vball and slow pitch softball, I am surprised my knees are still allowing it...
Favorite sports memorabilia you own? Umm well its not really "mine" but DH has a baseball signed by Hank Aaron and Yogi Berra, and we have Biggo's 3,000 hit bat signed by him as well, along with tons of baseball cards
What is the most memorable sporting event you have attended? I was at the Women's World Cup Final at the Rose Bowl in 2000, yes the one where Brandi Chastain took her shirt off
Athlete you admire? Craig Biggio and Jeff Bagwell - I grew up watching them with my dad and most any female pro athlete
2 random facts about you 1. DH and I had our reception in Minute Maid Park...we are that big of fans of the Astros 2. I never grew up watching football, I'm Cuban, we love our baseball and soccer, DH thinks this is crazy, but I am coming around = )

What is the most memorable sporting event you have attended.... World Series Game 3 in Oct 2008. It poured that night and the game didnt start til almost 1030 and didnt get over until just after 130 in the morning!!!

Me too. A few weeks ago on SportsCenter, they used "matriculate" wrong like 3 times. I almost wrote them a letter correcting them.
Lol, I usually yell at them when they say stupid stuff like not knowing NFL OT rules (!!!), and calling players the wrong names, and mentioning throwing the challenge flag on plays that cannot be challenged. It's usually not the main ESPN announcers, but like the ESPN360 guys and local channels that cover local games. It kills me!

What is the most memorable sporting event you have attended hmmm. Thats hard. Probably the super bowl the Bucs won. But I also saw someone hit two grand slams in one inning. So that was a once in a lifetime event. And, the infamous ND vs USC game with the Bush Push.

It was amazing. Except for when they ran out of food/water and they were putting out bags of ice for people to grab. We ended up giving some guy behind us our water bottle full of really warm water because he looked like he was going to pass out if he didn't get something to drink.

What is the most memorable sporting event you have attended? The 2005 Outback Bowl - Iowa vs. LSU. Iowa won with a miraculous last second td. I cried. And I may have peed my pants a little

Goodness... I don't know. I would say that the most recent one I can think of is the OState game vs. Texas just a couple weeks ago. It was the first time the stadium was sold out, the crowd and the atmosphere was amazing (at the beginning), and it was just awesome. I got "emotional"...

Athlete you admire? I played soccer from the time I was 10 until I was 22...during that time was when women like Mia Hamm, Brandi Chastain, etc. were playing. I always looked up to that team. I am jealous of you girls who were at that game in '00. Amazing!
2 random facts about you Aside from a sprained ankle, my only injury while playing soccer was when a girl and I went up to head the ball and ended up head butting each other. I had to get 36 stitches (inside and out), broke my nose, and broke a bone in my face. Scary stuff. And the other one...I am a reality show junky (yeah, that's a sucky random fact...sorry. ha!).
Field Hockey in 7th grade, but it conflicted with my ballet classes so I quit.
I've dabbled in indoor soccer, but I'm really terrible at it.
