AW: Sneak peeks from our maternity shoot
We spent 1.5 hours with a photog on Saturday morning in a local park with our puggies. The weather was glorious! Nearly 80 degrees, which is unheard of this time of year. Here are a few from her blog:

Gorgeous. You look beautiful and H so handsome... and the pugs, well, aren't they always cute? I love the different colored leashes, the fall leaves and the sunshine.
What did your photographer do for lighting? I'm impressed with the way she balanced the sun to make sure your faces were perfect (no shadows). Did she use a reflector? Flash? Studio lights on stands w/ umbrellas? ... or just a genius with placement?
Your photos are just perfect!

Beautiful pics! Those fall colors are awesome, and your pugs too of course! Thanks for sharing
Thanks Nancy.
The photog just made sure we were in the shade. She didn't have an assistant. For the B/W shot she did ask my mom to hold the reflector for her. It was funny, because the dogs kept looking at it and not the photog. Finally my photog got the bag of treats and the squeaky ball we brought to help the situation and it made the pugs finally look at her and not my mom with the huge silver circle she was holding!

The puggies probably thought the reflector was a big mirror. They were looking for their cute smooshy face to be in the big circle.
Again, your photos are just perfect. You all look so full of joy (or that you really liked the squeaky ball).
Have you tried mpix big prints yet? We love the wrap around canvas. You can also get a print on mat board (costs less and is a regular photo, not canvas looking). It would be great to have one in baby's room.
