Is anyone doing Brussel Sprouts for Thanksgiving?
How are you preparing them?

I have not tried this recipe yet but think it sound delish...
Preparation: Steam Brussels sprouts over boiling water until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes. Heat oil and garlic over medium-high heat until fragrant, being careful not to burn. Add Brussels sprouts, lemon juice, pepper flakes and salt, stirring until they begin to brown, about 5 minutes. Add balsamic vinegar and brown sugar, stir for a minute and remove from heat, serve immediately.
i do brussels sprouts every year and they are always a big hit.
i cut them in half and mix with olive oil, salt and pepper, then roast at 425 for 15-20 minutes, add a sprinkling of sugar to help brown, then once they are brown, drizzle with red wine vinagrette and cook for 1 more min. yum!
I just made the best brussel sprouts. In Shape magazine (the most recent with Pam from the Office on the cover).
Sautee 1/3 c. scallions in olive oil, add 1 lb sprouts and cook about 5 mins. Cover with a mixute of mustard and brown sugar (i forgot the proportions, maybe 3 tablespoons brown sugar and 1/2 c mustard?), cover and cook another 8 mins
