As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Finally some good news re: my brother
I have often posted about my brother and his lack of structure, a job, focus, etc. He was fired from a big box electronic store for not showing up, but 8 months later he was rehired. His friend is now a manager and they were desperate. He was hired for part time work and was told he would be on a LONG probationary period. Well he's off probation early because he was just named employee of the quarter! Which also brings him a $.50 an hour raise. Hopefully this will be the start of many good things to come.
