Rec. your fav. towels

I've been trying to look for a new towel set. I've been to Macy, JCPenny, Ross... and all these towels seem fine but I WANT a softer towel. I have my regular towels that I hang to look nice for guest. Just want a really soft towel for myself.

Help? TIA

Re: Rec. your fav. towels

  • Have you seen the commercial for Canopy brand? Something about the towels dry faster? We have towels from Crate and Barrel, they are pretty soft, but also heavy.

  • i love our hotel collection towels, the more i wash them the softer they get

  • Bed Bath and Beyond has a HUGE selection, so huge it's a little daunting. I walked around like a crazy person feeling each towel, but I loved what I picked.

I'm not too much of a fan of soft towels myself (I don't feel like they absorb the water) but I'm sure you can find something at BBB.

    Good luck!

  • That's all I do is touch towels! Thanks ladies.

Going back to the stores to touch more towels. hehe

  • Macys Hotel Collection....hands down best towels ever. I received both the hotel collections from macys and BBB for my wedding. Macys still look brand new and super soft. BBB's towels are starting to lose threads and are rougher.

  • I don't have any brand suggestions, but I started using white distilled vinegar in place of regular fabric softener when I wash my towels and they are MUCH softer.  HTH!

  • hmmm..... never thought about the vinegar.
  • Out of all my towels, high- and low-end, I love my Target Thomas O'Brien ones the most for softness.  They are ridiculously soft and have held up well so far.
