So, I've been thinking for a while of getting my MPH. ?I love the field and feel it would be a natural progression in my role managing patient care for HIV patients at Walgreens. ?Anyhoo, my questions for you are:
-how doable was it part-time?
-how long did it end up taking you?
-what did the cost end up being?
Just want to pick you brain a little. ?I wouldn't be doing this till 2009 (need to re-establish residency), so I've got some time to figure things out.
?Feel free to answer me here or by email noelle DOT redmond AT gmail DOT com
?TIA!?

You can email me too earthmuffin at gmail dot com if you have any other questions!
- It is totally doable part time. I have done the whole thing while working full time. Sometimes you have to advocate for yourself and remind them that you work full time but there are lots of other people in the program that work full time or go to med or dental, etc.. school full time too.
- The program is 3 years part time and I will finish in just about that a tad less actually.
- The cost for me tuition wise is about 2k a semester for 6 to 7 credit hours if I remember correctly??? I get half off one class every semester because Shane works for IU.. and then books depend on the semester but between 0 - $200 or more... Its pretty much exactly what the website says.. I am terriable at remembering numbers.
If you have any questions at all please let me know.
