Today is DH's birthday. His FB status says "Thanks Tenn for the birthday present!" We've been laughing about this all morning. Stay Classy, Knoxville.
And yeah, I can't wait for theshit to start flowing from Kiffin's mouth over this one. It'll be fun to see how he spins this.

I always want the Kiffin guys to do well (Monte is a Husker guy) but.. TN is a mess.
Judging by Lame Kitten's comments to date, I'm sure he'll be able to spin this into some kind of moral victory.
I guess I am out of the loop...all the sports commentators I have heard think that Lane Kiffen is the next coming, apparently thats not how everyone see's him?
Kiffin is pretty much a tool. Hes been kicked off a lot of Florida HS campuses for trying to bribe (in various ways) kids into going to UT. Aside from that... and the fact that he can't keep himself from having major verbal diarrhea, he probably wouldn't be such a bad dude.
On a side note... in the paper today here in my area, they were saying how you can't blame Kiffin for this incident... but when a situation where a UF player was arrested (for basically being in the wrong place at the wrong time) they would not get off Meyer's ass about it.
Apparently Lane recently came out and said he was so proud of his team for staying out of trouble. IRONY!
When Tenn played here this year, we joked about making shirts that said "I agree with Al Davis!" I wish we had.
This made me giggle, b/c this is all over the news here.
I'm a recent transplant to Knoxville so I don't have any love in my heart for Rocky Top.
I mean, really, how dumb can you be?
I do like Kiffen though because his verbal diarrhea makes me laugh a lot. He's good for entertainment value since I'm not a UT fan nor am I a huge fan of any of their football rivals [I'm a UK fan, but their football team is rarely that fantastic so I don't really consider other SEC teams "rivals"].
