Tonight I start reading Twilight...
I'm about the only woman in my office who hasn't read it. They finally talked me into it, my manager lent me her copies. If I like it and read fast, I may join their outing to see the movie next week...though I will not be wearing a special Tshirt like so many of them. At least the Tshirts will make sense once I've read the books!

I read all four last year, in about 2 1/2 weeks. I couldn't put them down..... (not that I'm proud to admit that!)
I was actually sad when I was done with the 4th book (which was my least favorite). I went through some sort of Twilight Series withdrawal.
I hope you enjoy them. Hopefully this movie will be better than the first one! And I'm taking my friend to see the movie for her birthday, but also will not be wearing a special tshirt!
Your post should read, "Tonight I start reading Twilight, tomorrow I am an addict."
I read the first 3 books in about 4 days, and a week later I finished the 4th one.
We picked that for my book club last October to keep a Halloween theme. It was awesome. Most of us read atleast 2-3 of the books in one month. I dont typically like to read, but it drags you in. I refused to read the 4th book until my wedding planning was done, however, I slipped and read the entire thing on a 4 day business trip (for once I wasnt upset at layovers)
I picked up the book last year since i heard so many people talk about it and i could not put it down! When i was about half way thru it when i got the 2nd book. I read them both in about a week. Dang work and sleep for getting in the way
I came home the one day and went to the bedroom to find a very clean room, the bed made and the 3rd book waiting for me. My DH knew how much i was enjoying them so he bought it for me and ordered the 4th book for me at the same time. I had to wait about 2 weeks for the 4th to get to the apt and i was so excited that i tried to read a chapter a day to make it last longer...but 4 days later i was done. I just reread them all and DH said he would read them when he is done with his current book.
I waitied on the movie to come out on DVD and my DH and I watched it that night and he can not wait for New Moon to come out. We are going to go the tuesday after the movie comes out and try to hit it around noon so we do not hit the high school crowd.
I hope you enjoy it!!!
