Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

We're good to go

That's what our realtor said this morning! It took so long for an answer because Countrywide's investors wanted to cut down our realtor's commission from 6% to 3%. He said he would do it just so we could move this along. So he just has to call them and them fine and then they said they will get the approval letter emailed to him and then we will email it to us. So, we're good to go now! Woohoo!

105 days later, we finally got an answer. I can't believe it's been this long. DH doesn't want to tell people yet until we get the letter in a couple days. So we're not telling friends or family yet. But I had to tell you ladies. Thank you so much for your support during this.

I have some packing to do.
