Favorite thing to use in your kitchen...
(I'm trying to get gift ideas).
Cusinart Griddler - Love it! Very easy to use, cleans up nicely, looks nice. It never burns food. I love that it has various settings on it (Grill/Pannini(sp) press). It also has different trays, a flat tray, and rivet tray (think grill marks). It usually my go to thing to cook meat on.

Care to be discriptive? What kind?
I want one of those fancy ones, the kurig or something. With the individiual cups. We currently don't brew much coffee, just the avergage trip to Wawa.

Well, I love my KitchenAid mixer.
But in terms of things that could actually be gifts, I have an awesome casserole dish that comes with a silicone lid and a heat-retaining bag to carry it in. My friends and I get together for "casserold movie night" often and it's fun to show up with that bag. Picture the kind of cold-retaining bags people use to transplant organs. I always show up shouting "Let me in! I've got a casserole emergency! We've got to transplant now!" I'm sure my friends are sick of it, but I laugh every time!

Ditto. But again, being realistic about the price, the three most used items in our kitchen (in order) are crock pot, griddle, electric wok.
I absolutely LOVE my KitchenAid.
In terms of practical though, I have a lot! I LOVE, LOVE, LOOOOOVE my Pampered Chef stoneware. I have a few different pieces and use each one a lot throughout the week. I pretty much love anything Pampered Chef though.
DH got a Keurig at my shower and he uses that thing all the time. I'm not a coffee drinker and I actually dislike the machine as I'm earthy crunchy and hate all the waste involved....but it is a pretty cool gift for a coffee drinker.
Are you looking for something in terms of a holiday gift? For someone who enjoys cooking (I'm assuming so)....or maybe new to cooking?
What about something fun for serving like when having a get together...a funky chip/dip platter, a pie plate, margarita glasses and a pitcher, etc? GL!

I'm in love with our new knives and pots (Shun and Calphalon). Using them makes me want to cook and I miss them right now (and basically everything else at home).
But what are you looking for specifically? Just something fun for the kitchen? (My mom got my husband a quesadilla maker a few years ago and we use it a couple of times a month.)

My favorite is my kitchenaid mixer - I use it almost daily.
My favorite low cost appliance is my panini press -- its completely replacable with a grill pan and press but its so convenient to just plug it in.
