Need Recipe for Nicaraguan Manuelita's
Ok, maybe I don't "need" it, but I have such an obsession with these. They are basically cinamon sugar rolled crepes. I've looked everywhere for that recipe and cannot find it. The only place in Miami I can find it is Fritanga Monimbo
Here's a pic of what I'm talking about. Any help would be great!!!
