Recommend a good digital camera please..
I'm in desperate need of a decent, yet not expensive digital camera. We have a Canon Power Shot A540 and I just can't seem to get the quality I want. There are so many settings etc, and with an 18 month old I just don't have the time to spend learning all the ins and outs of this camera.
I especially struggle with the flash on this camera. With it, the pics are way too washed out and without it (even in our very bright house) they are blurry. It's so frustrating.
Can anyone recommend a good digital that just takes good pics without all the hastle? Thanks!
Re: Recommend a good digital camera please..
I don't believe that camera has 'image stabilization' which would help greatly with the blurriness of the pictures. I believe all newer Canons have the image stabilization. Personally I'm a Canon person and swear by them. I've had mine for almost 3 years and have never had a problem. I would recommend the 'ELPH' series.
Here is a link to all the Power Shot cameras Canon makes. The 3rd title down are the ELPH models.
I have the Canon SD 790 IS Digital Elph and it is FANTASTIC. It even has a specific setting for "Kids and Pets".
