Take my poll: Christmas card photos
I'm using Scrapblog to make our Christmas cards this year - I figure I can print them & order envelopes for about 1/3 the cost of custom made photo cards through any number of websites. That makes for a happy husband, see.
However, I'm really struggling with which photo to use - I don't know if I should use one of the three of us, or just one of the little guy.
So, if you got my card in the mail, which would you rather see? All three of us, or just Ben? Or C - none of the above?
[Poll]
Re: Take my poll: Christmas card photos
That pic you used to have as your sig was cute, with you guys by the water.
I'm using my siggy pic for our photos this year. Shutterfly ripped me off, but I'm glad I don't have to worry about it anymore.
Thanks That's the one I was thinking of using...it's a few months old, but I wouldn't have to worry about taking another picture. I could get the cards made & printed this weekend. And order envelopes.
Your picture is cute, too!
How about a picture of just Ben AND a family photo?
I voted for the whole family, but I probably won't do it myself. I hate pics of me.
I am going to use Keara Harris Design for making my card. I hated figuring it out last year. All the backgrounds were ugly to me. She is a nestie that is not on much anymore.
I found cards on some website that I loved for $1.69 each (I think?)...I can get cards printed at Costco for 13 cents/each, and get envelopes for 35 cents/each, so...Matt is much happier with 48 cents per card
I'd do a picture of us, and one of Ben, but the card I fell in love with (and am using as inspiration) has a really cool Christmas tree graphic on it, so there's only room for one picture. Maybe I'll get ambitious and make two versions of cards...
Thanks for the input, everyone! All 3 of us it is!
If you're using Costco, you can get prints (envelopes included) for 30 cents a piece.
Go to 6 X 7 1/2 greeting cards, create, more holiday, and the very last card is, "Custom Template."
It's $14.99 for a set of 50 and each additional set of 25 is only $5.99
Oooo! I'll have to check that out! I just got a Costco. coupon for $5 off the first 50 cards, too.
Thanks, dear!
Um, we're ordering ours from seehere.com if I can get DD to take a good enough photo before the coupon code expires. And to answer your poll, I say just Ben. We did family photos last year because I wanted all of the pets in there too but this year is going to be Isabelle and a creepy ultrasound photo.
At www.seehere.com. Use coupon code freebies4mom-1109 for 50 free 4x8 or 5x7 photocards. Expires 11/30.
Which one of you brats voted that no one wants to see me?!
I assume you have to have a Costco membership for that price, right?
