I invited all the ladies I teach with to an ornament exchange in a couple of weeks. What should I serve? So far this is the menu:White chicken chili, regular chili, corn bread...Ideas for festive drinks, appetizers, desserts?
Re: Ornament Exchange menu?
bruchetta on crostoni, rye boat dip, hot spinach-artichoke dip w/ crackers & buffalo chicken wing dip w/ tortilla chips are all crowd pleasers but not sure how well they'd go w/ chili. Maybe a cracker & cheese platter would work better & just do a nice variety.
for dessert how about holiday cookies & sweet breads?
mulled cider & hot cocoa are great for this time of year too!
I think making Christmas Ornament Cupcakes would be so cute, just google it. My favorite are the ones on Hello Cupcake book, but these are cute too.
