Some kinda morning
First the toilet in our master is leaking. C is late for a meeting in Melbourne, but messes w/ it a little to try and fix it. As he is close to running late, I help him out to his car where we discover what looks like a broken sprinkler head spewing water everywhere. But then we remember w/ all the rain we turned the sprinklers off...which sadly means the water main to our house is busted! So now C is 30 mins late, has to dig up the meter box thing in the yard and manually shut off the water. Thank god for his expertise from his last job working new plumbing installs for a residential company. So now there's no water and I still have to shower, brush my teeth, put in contacts, etc. My parents live 5 mins away, so I pack up to go over there to get ready. Get in the shower, water is heating up, go to pull the thing so the bath becomes a shower and nothing...the level or whatever is broken and it won't switch to shower mode. So I end up w/ a luke warm, 5 second, inch of water "bath" and an attempt to wash my hair before giving up, getting dressed and heading off to work.
Moral of the story, I should check my horoscope for today b/c it must say something about staying away from water!

Aw, that sucks!!!
We could've use your hubby's expertise a couple months ago. One of the storms made our sprinkler system go crazy and they were running ALL WEEKEND LONG! We were out of town in Miami!!
YEA the water bill was HUGE!!!! So good thing you were able to shut it off!
Oh you poor thing! I hope your day has gotten better. Just think...a few more hours until the weekend!

I tried to do the ticker once and it was super small and all jacked up. I don't think I had the right code or something. I will have to try again. What site did you use? Ticker Factory?
And, as of tomorrow, we are 13 weeks and officially in trimester #2!! I am so excited.
Just looked thru all the new pics of Rylie and seriously, I don't know how you ever put the camera down. Everything she does and every face she makes would have me snapping pics constantly. Too much fun!
