Sea salt caramels

I know that a few of you asked for the recipe in a post below. This is the one I used: http://candy.about.com/od/carameltoffee/r/seasaltcaramels.htm

I hadn't planned on dipping them in chocolate, and good thing I didn't because they turned out to be a complete FAIL. I followed the directions exactly, but I obviously did something wrong because they never hardened, and the flavor was slightly off. I think I may have cooked the candy at too high a temperature so that they didn't cook for long enough; rather, they reached the desired temperature too soon. Oh well!
