I had an exciting weekend.
Friday: Chilled at home, passed out on the couch by 9pm
Sat: Grandpa's bday in Riverside, got in a car accident on the way home and now have no car (blah), but didn't let that stop me from having a fun night
Sun: brunch, then recovery
This week I'm just getting ready for our trip next week. Yay!
Fri and Sat...I have no clue. See how fun it is out here?! Oh yeah, on Sat I went shopping at Old Navy and got some new stuff for our trip. So cheap! I also ran some other errands.
Sun: Got out our Christmas stuff and put it up! lol...I know it's early, but we are going on vacay and I want it up when we get back in Dec. I am loving our house right now. I love the holidays, so it makes me happy! We had friends over for dinner last night and that's about it!
I had a good weekend, but unfortunately this week might not be so great.
Friday- saw the Grinch at the Pantages with my mom, friend, and her mom
Saturday- slept in until 7am (!!), worked out, had a good weigh in at Weight Watchers, picked up daughter, went to friends house to gossip and so the girls can play, then other friends house for UFC fights
Sunday- started my Xmas shopping, friend's baby shower
On Saturday my brother got a call that his friend died in Glamis, so the funeral might be this week. Then my great aunt isn't doing so well and her days are numbered. They think this week. So not a great week.
ETA: I'm going to see the midnight showing of New Moon. That is something to look forward too!!
I had a fabulous weekend!
Friday: Prepped for our early Thanksgiving dinner - made the pie, cheesecakes and sweet potato casserole. Low key dinner at home with my mom, brother and H watching Taken and The Hangover. Good times!
Saturday: Gym, then cooking dinner all day. Mom, brother, ILs, BIL and his long time girlfriend all came over. The meal turned out great and the company was fabulous. The kitchen was a hot mess at the end of the night, but it was well worth it.
Sunday: Lazy morning at home, then played ANTM for a friend's photoshoot. So fun!
Unfortunately, it's Monday again. Boooo!
I was sick all weekend. It sucked.
I'm starting to feel somewhat better, so hopefully this week will be better as well. Wednesday night we're having dinner cooked by a Michelin-starred cheftestant. Friday is New Moon night. Saturday we're heading to a fraternity banquet.
Friday - Galaxy Playoff game. Fun times!
Sat - Shopped & bbq'd at home
Sun - brunch & looked at more houses.
this week - The offer that we put in last week was accepted by the bank this morning (!!!) so this week will definitely be crazy times... I'm already adjusting to the idea of being house poor for a while.
Fri - great homemade dinner and wine
Sat - 12 mile run, lounged, drove to Reno to see some friends
Sun - errands and relaxed.
This week - NEW MOOOOOOOOOON!!!!
Weekend didnt turn out as well as I had hoped.
Fri - watched chick flicks and worked on a few client's christmas cards
Sat - dishwasher died then BIL's birthday party got cut short since my 3 yo niece was taken to the hospital with pneumonia =(
Sun - dog got a cut on his belly and it looks bad so we had to put the cone on him and taking him to the vet today. H started getting sick and I went to hot yoga to blow off some steam from a stressful wkend.
Fri: Dinner and a movie. We saw An Education, I liked it a lot.
Sat: Morning run, nap, lunch with friends, birthday party
Sun: Shopping, errands, 1940s movie at home
Bought tires
Attended Paley Center event
Sang karaoke
Ate at Apple Pan
Saw Fantastic Mr. Fox
This week will include meals with friends, as Mr. Monkey is out of town.

Friday: Dinner out to "celebrate" MH's layoff.
Saturday: Class, lunch, shopping
Sunday: Fundraiser 5K, Costco trip
Today is my first full weekday home with MH. This is weird...
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
Thanks. I'm disappointed that it's not opening in Orange County until Thanksgiving.
I was still recovering from the flu this weekend, so we stayed in. I slept, read, watched TV. Yay for 11 hours of sleep a night!
This week I'm going to go to dinner with some of my cousins and I'm excited for New Moon. I FINALLY watched Twilight last week and can hardly wait for more of Kristin Stewart's non-expressions! Seriously, though, I am pretty excited.
fri: went to sushi with friends, then to a bar where I may or may not have had too much to drink.
sat: recovered, went to dinner
sun: ran errands, stuff around the house, chilled
this week: nothing terribly exciting planned except works seems to be a bit hectic. I also plan on staying far, far away from anything involving alcohol.
Friday & Saturday were quiet days around the house.
Sunday - outlet shopping & zombie/mutant killing on the wii with my guys.
This week: Bella's 2 month appointment/shots, dinner with some fab mommies, & New Moon on Friday.

On Friday I hosted a surprise 40th anniversary party. It was super fun and a lot of work and I'm glad it went well. I spent the majority of the rest of the weekend socializing with people that were in from out of town for the party and recouping.

Friday: Lunch and shopping with a fun mama and her babe....then a night in with MH and Zara.
Sat: got a MUCH needed haircut and style with my BFF and dinner at her parents house to celebrate her b day
Sunday: Much needed family day with MH
Tuesday I am going to my Alma Mater to visit my BFF on her birthday and show off Zara to my old department...also having dinner with some lovely ladies on Thurs. Good times!
Weekend was quiet for me, full of studying, interneting, facialing, and occasional parenting.
This week is full of more of the same, I've got a paper due and a presentation so my next few days are going to be tied up in that so I can fully enjoy the New Moon frenzy on Friday.
