Please post your chicken salad with grapes recipe
Planning my baptism menu - does anyone have a good chicken salad sandwich recipe? I was interested in one that calls for grapes - had that a shower awhile ago and it was yummy.

I usually just bake or brown up chicken breasts seasoned with a bit of lawry's, garlic powder and cracked black pepper...let rest for 5 minutes.
Diced up celery, quarter large red grapes and diced up halved or whole cashews.
Chop chicken breasts..just enough mayo to bind, a bit of regular french's mustard, a smidge of chili powder and my celery, grapes and cashews. Nothing fancy. And I love to serve it on croissants. YUM.
