My boss

loves to randomly dive in to projects and needs my help when my inbox is literally piling up over my head..like really? She also thinks that if she yells when she screams I do things faster when in reality I just decide to ignore her. I have not done ONE thing today besides help her with this stupid project and prepare for a hearing we had. I am annoyed. end rant lol.

Re: My boss

  • *yells when she talks
  • Thats no good. Do you have a relationship with her where you can tell you are in the weeds and cant help on the "priority of the minute" project right at that second?
  • ::HEAD ON DESK::

    I think people like this just don't care about what anyone else has or needs, just their own things.  I've worked with and for people like this before, and what sux is no matter what you do it never changes.

    Good Luck!

  • Yuck, that does not in any way sound fun. I hope that you made it through the rest of your day quickly. Tomorrow is another day!
  • She is out today which means I am here all by myself, so I am enjoying my day thus far.  And I can't really tell her I have too much to do to help her cause she will be like THIS IS MORE IMPORTANT..and then the next day she will ask "why is your box still full, you didn't get anything done!"  And I feel like slapping her haha.  She is the worst, I have been here for 7 years (since I was 16!!) and I am the only employee to last that long..we have gone through 12 other employees since then and they all can't stand to work for her.  And to top things off, I get no support from her boss (the Judge) because hes like terrified of her & its all politics..hes the Judge..my boss husband is the CT state attorney..etc. etc.. SO--everytime I feel like walking out I think: PENSION!, BENEFITS! (I work for the state, so the benefits are AMAZING), & good hours.  But thats about it LOL, and if anyone has heard, the probate court system is consolidating and I am praying that maybe somehow my boss will lose her job, o nothing!!
