Restaurant help!
A friend of mine will be in town in December (she lives in FL with her husband) and they will be here over their one year anniversary. She's asking about places to go to dinner and they're looking to spend around $20 a plate. My mind is blanking right now. I think they would prefer a restaurant in the downtown area...

Local 127 which I have not been to. It is in the old Pigals location. I don't feel like I have read a good review of the place because of the controversy surrounding the place.
Not dowtown, but close is Hugo's in Oakley. My H and I love eating there.
If you are looking for leisurely dinner, it is Slims. It is 40/person for 3 course. Where you save is the BYOB with no corkage fee. This one is in northside
Also, Northside, is Honey. I have been once and it was very good. Downfall, they don't take reservations.

I secong Grand Finale!!! It is amazing!
Also, Prima Vista. We went for our 1 year and it was so good! It has a whole wall of windows and you look over the cincy skyline. We hit the time perfectly and got to watch the sunset and watch the night fall over the city. Here are the websites so you can find out a little more about them.
