Re: Need organizational help

  • Here are my thoughts (I agree - keep 1, 2, 3, 10 as is.)

    1. What is bereavement and mourning?

    2. Grief in young girls

    3. Grief in teenagers

    4. (not 5.) Young Women & Older Women

    5. (not 4.) Miscarriages & Pregnancy Loss because this affects young women and some "older" women, depending on the older age.  But then you've grouped the overviews of how age interacts with grief coping.

    6. The chronically ill

    9. Multicultural women and grief

    8. Gender Differences in Grieving (Men vs. Women)

    9. (not 7.) Patient Self Determination Act

    10. The future of bereavement

#6 & #9 seem like oddballs to me, so not sure where to put them.  My first thought was to put the Chronically Ill with the agre groups because that's simliarly grouping people together.  Not sure what's meant by "multicultural women", but maybe that would fit with the Chronically Ill - they're both demographical groupings?

  • My professor wanted me to add in mult-cultural groups. The main discussion is how they cope with the loss of a spouse so the older generation mostly. I tied in the Patient Self Determination act which is suppose to ease the level of grief in the elderly but can be connected with chronically ill and older women. See my confusion lol. I do like how you placed the rest though of them though.

How about this, since the Patient Self Det. Act will tie in Older Women and Chronically Ill?

Damn you Nest for screwing up my siggy!
