What 'for a cause' sites do you buy from (especially animal charity related)
I have been looking at the ASPCA and Humane Society web sites....anything else out there with great gifts for a great cause?
Re: What 'for a cause' sites do you buy from (especially animal charity related)
I usually get 'gifts' from Heifer International.
Last year we did bees for our friends/family. It was great. Whenever anyone asked my twin brother what he got for Christmas he'd always respond "I got bees!" LOL! What a dork. But, everyone liked it.
Bella's Bistro - My Dairy Free Food Blog
If you go through www.thehungersite.com, they have an animal rescue page. If you go to the gift shop, you can buy specific gifts, like food for a number of days, etc. I usually buy my mother's day gifts through them. Last year I got my mom a midwife in Burma.
I've heard good things about the Heifer foundation, too, though.
