As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. What time is a good time to start a new year's eve party?
I dont want to start too late or too early, we will be having appetizer's and drinks.

I think it depends on how late you want your guests to likely stay. If you want them out of there close to when the ball drops, I'd do 9 or 10. If you want the party to be geared more towards the post-new years side of things, I wouldn't start until 11ish.
