Gift ideas for unique gift

I need gift ideas for someone that just completed their goal of visiting all 50 states.  Only ideas I can come up with are a game about state trivia...This is for a 75th birthday for DH's grandmother.

This could potentially be a lot of work, but you could do a photobook (My Publisher, Shutterfly, etc.) for her.  See if you can get a hold of one favorite pics from each state and do a page per state.

You could get a personalized t-shirt that says something like:

Ask me about the 50 states, I've been to them all

Or I'm in the 50 States Club

something catchy and fun like that.

Or one of those quarter collections that has all 50 states.

You could pre make a scrapbook with a page for all 50 states that she could add pictures/mementos to later.
